User Service Agreement

Welcome to Lumina! This agreement is a legal contract between you and the Lumina operations team (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your use of the Lumina mobile application and related services.
1. Service Description
Lumina is an AI-based educational assistance tool designed to provide personalized learning advice, content analysis, and knowledge Q&A services through AI algorithms.
AI Generated Content:
You understand and agree that some content provided within the app is automatically generated by AI and is for learning reference only. It should not be regarded as absolutely accurate academic advice or professional consultation in law, medicine, or other fields.
Service Changes:
We reserve the right to adjust service functions, interfaces, or restrict certain functions at any time based on technological development and operational needs.
2. Account Registration and Security
Minor Usage:
Lumina attaches great importance to minor protection. If the user is a minor, they must read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of their guardian and obtain the guardian's consent before use.
Information Authenticity:
You should provide true and accurate personal information. Accounts are for personal use only. Please keep your password secure. Any operations conducted through your account will be deemed as your actions.
3. User Conduct Standards
When using Lumina, you commit to:
- Not using AI to generate or disseminate illegal, false, insulting, or intellectual property-infringing content.
- Not attempting to reverse engineer, crack, or interfere with the normal operation of AI models through any illegal means.
- Caring Spirit: Upholding Lumina's core values of care and progress, not posting bullying or negative guidance remarks in community interactions (if any).
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Rights:
Lumina's logo, UI design, AI model algorithms, and proprietary technology belong to us.
User Content:
The ownership of original learning materials you upload to Lumina remains with you. However, to optimize the AI learning experience, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license for model training and service improvement (we will strictly desensitize data according to the privacy policy).
5. Privacy Protection and Data Security
Encryption Protection:
We use advanced encryption technologies (such as end-to-end encryption, TLS transmission encryption) to protect your communications and personal data.
Data Usage:
Your data is only used to enhance your personalized teaching experience and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.
6. Disclaimer
Technical Limitations:
Although we pursue the ultimate AI experience, due to the limitations of AI technology, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or applicability of all generated content.
Third-Party Links:
The application may contain links to third-party websites or services, and the risks arising from them are borne by the user.
7. Agreement Updates and Termination
We may update this agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through in-app push notifications or announcements. If you continue to use the service, you are deemed to accept the new agreement.
If users violate the provisions of this agreement, we have the right to take measures including warnings, function restrictions, and account suspension.
